Are you a Certified Welfare Fraud Investigator who needs to renew? The CWFC pays your UCOWF membership fees each year but you are responsible for paying the $10 renewal fee directly to UCOWF. With your renewal fee, you will need to submit your continuing education list. Feel free to download the form below to fill out and submit to UCOWF!
